Shanghai CN Science and Technology Co. LTD (hereinafter referred to as "CN Sci & Tech") was established in 2004. CN Sci & Tech is headquartered in Yangpu District, Shanghai, with two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Chizhou CN New Material Technology Co. LTD and Anhui CN Recycling Technology Co. LTD. At present, our total assets exceed 800 million RMB, and the annual output value is about 1.5 billion RMB.

Chizhou CN New Material Technology Co. LTD

Chizhou CN New Material Technology Co. LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Chizhou CN") was established in 2010. As a subsidiary of CN Sci & Tech, it was registered in the Qianjiang Industrial Park, Chizhou High-tech Development Zone, Anhui Province, with a coverage of 235 mu. Chizhou CN has a developed base for industrial hazardous waste and solid waste recycling and utilization, and is equipped with a wet production line which is capable of recycling valuable metals such as nickel, cobalt, copper, zinc, etc. In addition, Chizhou CN has the oxygen-rich side-blown technology. Through the extraction and recovery of valuable metals which later undergo the harmless disposal of solid waste, Chizhou CN realizes the safe, environment-friendly and fully-recycling disposal of industrial hazardous waste and general solid waste.

In 2019, our company has completed the third phase of lithium battery cathode material recovery project dependent on the treatment experience and accumulated technology in separating and recycling industrial nickel, cobalt, copper and other non-ferrous metals. The annual disposal capacity is 6000-ton lithium battery cathode material products, which can produce lithium salt, lithium battery precursor (NCM 523, 622, 811) and other cathode materials for lithium battery. This realizes the sustainable utilization of battery materials in new energy vehicles.

Anhui CN Recycling Technology Co. LTD

Anhui CN Recycling Technology Co. LTD was established in 2017 and plans to build a 200,000 t/A lithium battery comprehensive recycling project, covering an area of 500 mu. The project is divided into three phases. The first phase is expected to produce an annual output of 10000 tons of precursor, 5000 tons of the main product of lithium carbonate. It will have by-products production lines to produce by-products such as sodium sulfate, copper foil powder, graphite powder, aluminum and stainless steel shell and other and related supporting facilities so as to form a full recycling of lithium battery materials. The project is designed to form an integrated recycling base of waste lithium batteries which can dismantle 200000 tons of lithium battery and produce 50000 tons of precursors and 20000 tons of lithium salt (dismantling-recycling-comprehensive use). Besides, it is also expected to build supporting facilities such as energy storage power station, solar power generation device, condensate water circulation system and ammonia water circulation system so as to achieve the goal of green factory. The project marks that CN further improve the recycling system of lithium battery industry chain and make a crucial step for CN to achieve leapfrog development.
